Door trim kit

For the uninitiated, how do these attach?

 

The inner lining is alluminum it pinches to the edge no glue necessary, I have had mine on for 6 months and they are still tight as the day I installed them...its great stuff.

 

I think those would actually hold water and cause rust on the door edge.
