Not sure if our 3rd gens have oem ceramic. I can say my experiences with upgrading to ceramics have been mixed. The first thing is they constantly leave gray dust on the wheels. Next is they stop excellent. Down side is they will wear out the rotors faster than stock pads. The last set I bought were removed after 5,000 miles. Got tired of the messy wheels and cheaper to replace pads than to replace rotors. But never tried them on a tacoma.

Couple of the things I want to do that were all created by members here. When they said this place can hurt the wallet boy do they mean it.
    Puddle Lights

    Power Folding Mirror

    BNL Tailgate Lock and Opener

This place is full of information and ideas!

Things that I have already done are:
    Forting Remote Start (DIY)
    Tailgate Inserts
CrashnBurns80's Light Mods (Low Beam, Fog Lights and Reverse Lights)
    AVS Low Profile Window Visors
    Derped the chrome Emblems
Swap out the interior lights with LEDs

All this and I just got the truck last Friday!

Can you do me a favor and get measurement from the bed to the lowest part of the cover? I'm trying to find out if I can squeeze a dometic cooler in there and want real world specs. Thanks.

Busy day. Added the OEM black exhaust tip, meso custom’s ultimate turn signals, and removed the front plastic thing under the bumper.

I agree with @LTG4087 on what he has suggested. Start making a list and then decide what’s the most important to you.
My list was this to start:
    1) wheel and tire change
    2) all weather floor mat
    3) Redline hood struts
    4) window tint
    5) improve audio

    Good luck!

Tried to go to Big Sur via Old Coast Road but didn’t even get to Rocky Point. HWY 1 was a parking lot! :annoyed: Turned around and headed to Carmel Valley for lunch instead; at least it was sunny and warm their. Had a good time; no crowds, good food and spirits!

I went with Katzkins and love them. They are not cheap though, installed for $1495 plus tax. This is the first time I’ve used Katzkins and I would do it again. IMO, it’s better than Toyota factory leather.

Went for it! We hauled some 16-foot lumber today using a bed extender. Worked really well. Got a lot of interest while loading at the lumber store.:) We drove an hour plus on winding roads. The first photo makes it look longer than it really was. B0BF487E-FAFC-489D-8A93-6031D3264E97.jpgD6E148D5-956F-444B-9D08-40E247C8380F.jpg
