    Keep in mind if you're going to ASU, and traveling back to Yuma to see friends/family/girlfriend every now and then you will need something reliable. Used car with 200k+ miles might be pushing it. That is a long road between tempe and Yuma.

    And that cow road, which I'm sure you take, doesn't have good cell phone reception.

    Whats wrong with the tranny? THe CEL is probably a vacuum line, and you just have to get the schematics on line, then take some time, and check the hoses. Its not that hard at all. If you see one with a crack, put some electrical tape on it, until you can buy some vacuum lines from an auto store. They cost about $5.00 for a large package. The rubbing could be due to your springs settling. If it was a suspension issue, the alignment guys would have picked up on it, and told you.

    Thanks for the tip Cesar, i will be looking for a truck at about 130k miles max. It is a long a lonely road to Yuma and have to have a reliable truck.

    This week pisses me off, first the dog destroys 3 blinds, now the a/c goes out. Maybe if I'm lucky the stove will catch on fire!
