Welcome to TW. You did not ask a question?
Even so, take it to your dealer. Should be something simple. This is not normal for a new Tacoma so relax, let them tighten or replace the bad whatever and then go drive it and have fun!

Just had my 19 stall with trans fluid warning as well. Charging system warning is normal when vehicle is not running.

I get it, a new truck that you are probably tied to financially for several years is acting up.
It is probably just a failing component that can be easily replaced under warranty. It happens.
    Call your dealer. Good luck.

I really appreciate the almost wholesomeness if not complete truth to this comment.

Could be a simple bad battery. New cars do all kind of weird $hit when the battery craps out and getting a brand new, however bad battery does happen on occasion. Although testing the battery is a predelivery item you will quickly learn those simple things are handled by the grease monkeys at Toyota dealers.

Just a quick thought though, pop the hood and check the security of the batter cable before you do anything. Could be that simple.
