    ...i'm sorry you guys have to keep waiting. i was figuring a couple week wait, but surprised mine showed in two days after he showed that picture of powder coated units...but i live an hour away. went on easy. definitely worth the wait no matter, they fit the need.

    Arrived yesterday afternoon. Thanks again Jerry! Will get to fitting these over the weekend and update on whether they work with the US Offroad setup without modifications.

    I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
    They are shipped USPS flat rate so "3 days" should be the longest transit time.

    @JLee

    I got an early start to the weekend, found a few minor fitment issues specific to the US Offroad winch mount (05-11 variant):

    First - the [winch mount] mounting flanges are about ~1/8" wider than the BAMF reinforcement brackets would like:
    [IMG]

    Second - with the way the US Offroad winch mount is designed/built, there's zero chance of being able to use the 3rd/lowest BAMF bracket bolt. Not without hole-sawing or cutting into the US Offroad mount, even then not 100% sure it wouldn't be right where they have a gusset (not without removing it to look more thoroughly). No pic for this, no good way to get one! Couldn't even get my borescope in there...

    Third - again this is a US Offroad design issue, not a BAMF bracket issue; but the BAMF brackets require removal or modification to the frame horn extension for mounting. The US Offroad winch mount utilizes them for mounting/reinforcing the mount (so modification would be required to some degree, even if just a bolt 'n nut):

    Still, damn impressed with the build quality of these reinforcement brackets. Thanks again!

    Bad ass design Jerry. And we completely agree, don’t pull from a bumper that is only secured to the stock frame plates. Here is how ours attaches. The side straps are included with the bumpers. Straps are made from 1/4” HRPO and supplied with grade 8, 1/2” hardware. Just wanted to make sure you saw our current design when you test fitted yours. Only a few of our very early bumpers went out where it was only secured with just the stock studs and nuts.

    If you didn't see it listed in the first post, then more than likely nobody has tried it yet. This is a new product, not every configuration has been tested yet. Buy 'em, try it out! Be a guinea pig, the community will thank you for it later.

    I lost track thousands of dollars ago.

    There should be two standard washers and 10 fenders. the standard washers go in that tight spot.

    There were only 10 washers total, all the larger fender-size. Not a big deal, I have washers here. Good to know though! :thumbsup:

    No worries! Two washers is hardly anything to get miffed about. Thanks again!

    I installed mine yesterday. Painting them took longer than installing, but the lower front-to-back bolt is currently not installed. The SOS front bumper's vertical support is welded directly in the spot where this bolt needs to punch through. I will be thinking of ways to resolve this, but i feel 90% more confident in a winching situation with the 4 extra HD bolts and the BEEF brackets holding the bumper on now. Thanks again @JLee
