Got my plastic seat trim installed to finish my bucket swap!

 

I mounted my compressor and tank under the bed.

 

Good spot for it. Unfortunately I don’t have anywhere else to put my spare.

 

This looks fantastic. Where is the compressor mounted?

Yes, but I really don’t want to leave a spare tire in there.

 

Put the compressor in your trailer

 

Cmon join the club, my spare has been in my bed for over a year. I keep it locked to the bed rack though so it can't get pulled out.

It is kind of annoying if you need the bed space but I make it work

 

Now what good would that be if I’m not towing the trailer?

 

Be a real boy and use hand tools

 

The twin supposedly will run air tools.

But be realistic. The likely hood of you using air tools on the trail is almost none. I've torn the whole front diff out on the trail and didn't use a single air tool.

Plus the fact you can get a nice electric impact these days to keep in the truck renders air tools pointless. .

Save the space and hassle. Do bother with a tank. It's not worth it.

I would stick with the single or twin ARB idea and mount them in the bed, build a little cubby for them. They don't take up too much room

I’m primarily using this for work I do that requires light duty air tools. I carry around a small harbor freight compressor I have to charge up every time I’m out doing a job and it’s getting old lugging it around, which is why I want an OBA system.

Weld up a little cart for it and stick it in your trailer.
