well i'm well aware that both the 2nd and 3rd gen Rear diffs are identical, and the mod applies to both exactly the same way. I'm just wondering whodunnit

I been looking at getting a fridge and with all the brands out there, what is a good bang for the buck? I like to spend the extra sometimes (if it's worth it) to get something of better quality that will last.

Costco has a few portable fridge/freezers online. Easy to return if you don't like it.

The manufacturer of the Costco fridges is a company called Unique Off Grid. They have an Oakville address.

That looks fancy, looks like a copy of sno master. Those have a danfoss compressor which is real good from my small knowledge of looking them up.

Id go with something a little smaller. I have a 45qt and its way too big for me and my girlfriend. Once you have no ice, there really is a lot of space.

I have a whynter and peter has the same with no issues. My buddy has and ARB and yes it is nice. Plus the ARB opens nicer for rear entry as opposed to side.

Once you go fridge, you don’t go back

No drilling at all. I followed the brake line from the diff. Then the wiring harness to the tail light. At the tail light I used an insulated clamp and fastened it to an existing thread with a 6mm nut.

I would go with ARB, they got durable products. @Joe23 got my small fridge, can pitch in.

    WRONG!:anonymous:

From being the greatest mallverlander I became off-road traveler and ditched a fridge for a cooler, then ditched cooler and carry now hard liquor only lol.
