    Any third gens ever have issues blowing fuses with sports? Only things drawing on that fuse are the fog lights, so I don’t know what’s up. Only changed out the harness .. blew the fuse twice (didn’t know if it was blown the first time, confirmed second).

    Never heard of that honestly. Are you just straight swapped to sports with the Baja pigtail harness replacing your stock fogs? Still using the stock switch?

    Yeah that’s how I have em rigged up. I’m going to pull some stuff off and make sure I didn’t crimp any cables when I had my bumper off to install my retrofits.

    The "pigtail" referred in the above comments is referencing the plug and play harness specific to Toyota trucks right? The one that connects the lights to the factory fog light harness and utilizes the stock fog light switch on the headlight stalk? My understanding is that it's safe on the stock wiring harness because it doesn't draw as much power. Can anyone re-confirm that?

    It’s safe. I ran it for years without a problem. I’ve got a short somewhere that’s causing my issue, I can’t see how the pigtail harness would cause me to blow a fuse.

    I posted more for a ‘has anyone else jacked up the wire loom down there’ to give me a starting point to look.. because I hate electrical work a passion.
