    Okay, I’ll keep an eye on everything. Thx! It could be when I’m decelerating. I had the mechanic install a Harrop E-locker so not sure if it has anything to do with that?

    All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
    @JoeCOVA
    What up OP, what are your thoughts on the whine that peel are hearing?
    Is a harmonic sound that is being caused by the pumpkin? I read about some of that, but was curious if it’s just the teeth breaking in. Aka the final polishing.

    Gear whine is pretty normal. Mine whine primarily at higher speeds around 60-70 depending on what’s going on.

    For some reason Tacoma’s seem to have a systemic whine. Ironically I had no gear whine with stock gears.

    As long as it’s a harmonic hum and not any grinding or vibes it should be fine.

    I had a much worse whine in stock than with the regear! But yea, agreed harmonic you’ll be alright! You start grinding... time to become concerned!

    @JoeCOVA My 5.29's were sitting by the front gate today. I still have a couple weeks before I haul my packages from Accutune and Archive to the installer. Cryo? How long does it take for turn around?

    Depends on the place but I would guess a week. Cryogenics International does them on Fridays, so if you get it to them in the week they will Cryo on Friday then ship the following Monday.

    Same. Works well and fairly inexpensive and recommended from ECGS. Even threw it in the stock gears and rid myself of the hum before going 5.29.

    I can’t see anywhere on the bottle where synthetic, or non-synthetic is mentioned

    Have them in hand

    Just got my 4.88’s (not running anything over 33” skinnies). Definitely recommend the REM

    The synthetic bottle says synthetic on it and comes in 75-140, and not 85-140.
