    If you use them they will wear off any coating.

    Powder coat is nice but it will wear off especially if you tie lots off stuff down. You can go crazy and galvanize and powder coat lol.

    Nitrate is another option. Thats the black coating you see on guns like are and stuff. And they shit holds up well

    Most of those parts are made in the same factory by the same machine by the same people. All they do is remove the part where the company logo is stamped onto the part.

    I buy repair parts for MacBooks, iMacs, and iPhones from a manufacturer in China and it’s all real Apple stuff. They don’t even bother foregoing the logo, they color it in with Sharpie - but you can still see the Apple logo behind it.

    Did you tension it properly? Never heard of a timing belt going bad from being stretched.

    Only VTEC. No i-VTEC back in my Honda days. I don't want no stinking EGR, I don't want to recirculate exhaust gas, same reason why I don't go around smelling people's farts. ;)

    You're comparing 4-runner with Tacoma. Although similar not the same, Tacomas alway got T4R tech later. 01 Tacoma is not drive by wire, that came out on 03-04 Tacomas although some say there were a few very late 02 Tacomas with ETCS-i.

    The best thing I ever put on my Integra was a CTR trans that came directly from Spoon. It wasn't actually upgraded by Spoon, just came from them but back then it was just cool to see the Spoon packaging. Lol

    The counterfeit Denso & OEM Toyota ones as well as generic ones are just a regular o2 sensor screwed into a flange, that's why they have the hex.
