in your 'survival' kit do you also have some sort of thing to convert saltwater into freshwater?

Is the same plumber that did the last repair doing this one? Ask him if they used M or K copper for the underground work. Also ask him if they sleeved it. If the answer is M and no sleeve you'd be better off talking to him about a full house repipe through the attic. At some point chasing your underground leaks will end up costing more then re-piping through the attic and walls. The shower walls can be hard to get to if any of those are back to back.

 

Different contractor, insurance covered it last time. He cut a hole in the wall where we could hear the running water noise. He was telling us about the blue & red lettering. Sounds like we have the thinner copper. Damn.

Judging by how it’s already 15 years old and had a little surface rust i think its fine. Besides mines are out of the elements, i have a shell on my truck

 

after this bed is taken care of the next thing to de-weather is the spare tire carrier
can that be removed fairly easily WITHOUT removing the whole box off the back?

 

Im pretty sure I have 4 more from Tylers truck lol. Would have to look in my spare parts

Just use evaporust! I wired wheeled mine then painted them & never looked back.

 

I just never thought about them
