    Anything really. I've tried food industry, cinemas, retail, and nothing. Really looking forward to my 18th birthday. All the jobs I wouldn’t be miserable in have an age requirement.

    My first “real” job other than reffing was cinemark aka shittimark. It was awful, movie theaters are the worst to work in. I also worked at Dicks, which was alright, just long hours and pay wasn’t great. Now I’m at chipotle and I’m happy enough to stay until I leave in August:rofl: pay is good, it’s just that the location I work at sucks and the customers are even worse. You’re on the right track to look for a job when your 18 because they’re much better and higher paying.


    On a side note, I finally got registered with the state of Texas as a pharmacy technician! Depending on how comfortable I feel my freshman year, I’ll see if i want to work, but I’m doubting it. I’ll probably start next summer. I’ve done a few internships so I have a pretty good idea of what it takes and the work involved.

    You worked at Dicks?!?! I’d love to work there as sports equipment is my kind of knowledge, but the one in McAllen don’t hire anyone under 18.

    Yeah i worked there for like 2 months after I turned 18 as a second job. Had it payed better, I would have stayed. It was nice because I was a cashier and worked in the Lodge section.

    The firework show was cutoff 5 minutes in due to every single firework blowing up on the ground. Luckily no injuries were reported. My buddy was filming us jamming out to party in the USA and got the whole thing on video. Here’s a screenshot from said video
