I still need to sell my second set. Figure Ill just copy that dude and hand sand+ paint them. Should make a quick $100 or so off fleabay.

 

It's a pretty rare color on tacomas. I've only seen a handful irl

Am I the only one that sees the blurple 1st gens somewhat often?

 

He doesn't even sand them. You can see the flaking paint under the spraypaint in his pictures.

 

Cobalt blue pearl?

I don't see too many of them but I've seen more than blue horizon ones

 

It's called Cool Steel. My 5-Lug is that exact color. Discontinued in 2000.

Ive seen a handful over the years. Not my pic.

 

Oh thats low lol. I did 5 mins with 220 grit and mine looked real good all sprayed up with some semi gloss black.

 

Mystic Purple 938, only used for two years: 1998 and 1999.

 

I may charge an arm and a leg for mine, but they're expensive for a damn reason.

 

Id buy it just cause its different.

 

Copper Canyon Mica is the rarest one. Only sold in 1998.

 

I think I spent 3 hours making my wire harness/loom. I see why you charge as much as you do now lol.

 

But its also hideous imo. Id rock a purple car/truck.

 

I make them in bulk, but it's really monotonous. The worst part is cutting 1,000 different wires to size and stripping them. I priced out an automatic cutting and stripping machine, they're around $800.

 

I'm happy with Black. Timeless color.

Wouldn't mind Quicksand either.
