How many horns do you use? I want OH SHIT loud, but if I get train horns I think the dumbass people in Ca will run into each other to get out of my way. That would be hilarious but my insurance won’t like it or the LEO’s.

They’re 123 Decibels, I just measured it earlier. Not ear piercingly loud, but loud enough to get your attention. They’re sets of four.

These were on GM vehicles so they’re legal. They have the DOT markings on them.

Speaking of horns. The #ranchtruck horn is dead. So the street legal checklist is now....

Taillight re-wiring, horn replacement, tires, emergency brake rebuild.

Shoot me a price, do they come with a power relay that needs it’s own circuit? I may be able to get em I hate my little beeper.

Complete plug-n-play relay harness. Has brackets, all hardware, etc. $145 for the basic set, $185 for the true ACDF, and $350 for eight horn ACDF.

I can put you on my group buy list, however there at 62 people ahead of you.

Here's a link to the group buy.

My lead time is about two months. Working on speeding that up, however since I do everything from manufacturing, bookkeeping, accounting, client outreach, etc. it's a bit difficult. It's only me.

Thanks. It's a hell of an undertaking with the overwhelming amount of orders I get every group buy.

I dug up your post and found the group buy, I like these, especially in Ca where everyone is on the phone or making a sandwich at the stoplight. I’m gonna listen to the vids tomorrow so the wife doesn’t go crazy. I don’t even bother honking, it’s a joke seeing this big ass truck sound like a Girl Scout asking like a mouse if you want cookies. I want my truck to scream give me your lunch money. Eight horns is awesome but my wife would shit about the price. I’ll probably go with the middle of the three. Great quality work  :spending:

Really specific equipment like that is hard to find, it's one of those things you just buy new. The sandblasting is super time consuming. Maybe 40 minutes per set.

Ahh bummer, well there could be worse problems to have I guess...
How can you get that time down? On the blasting?

Get a 3 Phase Compressor with a 150 gallon tank, or a 100% Duty Cycle scroll compressor. I'm limited by the amount of air my compressor can deliver. My compressor is running 24/7 at 100% Duty Cycle. Super bad for it, sandblasting eats a lot of your CFM's.
