    I’m gonna go with sensitive habitat, ecosystem, migratory animal, who the hell knows?!?!.

    If guys with environmental science degrees determine an area needs to be closed down, who am I to argue?

    Maybe, there was too much thrashing of the area by high school hooligans that the area needed to be closed to recover.

    I had a accident 3 days after I got my license. Guy ran a stop sign in a parking lot and I clipped the rear end.
    At one point i got a letter from DMV saying 1 more point and I was done.
    Insurance was around 2k a year for my crx. 3 accidents and 2 tickets on the record around 18 years old
