I learned a trick from the guys here about the TPS. I was having issues the same issues. They say with no keys in the ignition step on the accelerator 0-100 percent 100 times. It’s a free fix so I tried it and it actually worked

The 3.0 and the early (95ish) 2.7 and I believe early 3.4 used the adjustable/slotted TPS, but I’m pretty sure they were also 4 pin connectors. They are not all interchangeable however, as some are reverse rotation, and some have different mounting dimensions.

Yeah... after posting what I posted I had a look at some videos on replacing the TPS. None of them showed the elongated holes.

Just another case of engaging my mouth before researching what I'm yappin' about...

    Too few to list.
I believe there are two different kinds of TPS. One has three prongs and the other four. Make sure you get the correct one.

Baffled... Have you checked for vacuum leaks and checked the tolerances on the throttle body?

I put wrong plugs on the motor could that have caused the issues? The sticker says to use only dual electrode spark plugs but I used single. Didn’t see the sticker until now.

I doubt it. Did the bogging coincide with the plug change? Did you calibrate your TPS?

The car had the wrong plugs when I got it and I changed it to the same plugs again when I did the spark plugs. It’s has this issue ever since I got the car. The tps has to be calibrated?
