Interior Overhead Molle Rack

Ahh. Okay, I gotcha. I have a glass breaking feature on one of my knives that has a seat belt cutter on it.

 

Center punch is tool to put a mark on steel for drilling. Push in & it will break a window with ease

 

And doesn't require and wind up/ energy to swing etc, which could be hard in water

 

Bingo! I have molle visor wrap & have one sitting within my reach for that same reason

 

Just reorganized my pouches and emptied out the glove box. Also cleared some stuff from behind the seat backs. An empty glove box and organized center console feels so nice

 

What kind & size of molle's are those?

 

Chineseium grade, not sure on size. The center one is great for the manual and insurance etc.

 

Is your IFAK (individual first aid kit) pouch a rip away one? If so which brand?

 

Nope it's just a normal one. They're all cheap chineseium ones

 

So I broke 2 of my rivnuts trying to install them, any recommendations for getting them out easily? Also a source to just by 2?

Also good AR Mount?

 

How did they break?? Best bet is a pair of needle nose pliers and rip the old ones out. Send me a PM I can get you some replacements. As for an AR mount, I like the quickfists(although they do not provide any type pf security)

That tool is now on my radar, time for some reviews. Just got my overhead rack installed this morning. Excellent quality and a great place to keep rifle & blow out kit.

 

Here’s a start to mine. Need to figure out how to lay it out. And the burnt bronze looks sick.

 

Be careful with that knife. In an accident you might get it flying towards your head

 

I thought of that and spun it around so it faces the rear of the vehicle. Want a knife right there in case I need to pop and air bag or cut a seat belt. (Last year, coworker was in a serious accident right in front of our office, I was in line waiting to clear security and helped pull her out of her SUV. Had to deflate the airbag and cut her seat belt to get her out.)

 

Probably won't be able to cut your own seatbelt if the knife is there and backwards. Be hard to reach

 

I carry one on me. But I can rip that pouch off the rack from the driver’s seat.

I keep a mora knife in the storage area of door that us well within reach. Molle carrier on visor keeps a benchmade seatbelt cutter that will slice through anything I put in it.
