Is it bad of me to actually be mad when people think this is how modified USED Tacoma’s pricing works? DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR spent on parts and INSTALLATION of parts does not go on top of the initial purchase price of the truck.

Obviously the seller is going to charge more then the sum of the cost of all the parts & labor. They're trying to turn a profit. But I think it's still over priced. I'd be curious to know how much they end up getting once they do find a buyer.

 

They don't want to sell it. It's just to get people in the door. It'll sit there for a year until someone offers them $45-$50k OTD for it.

 

I wouldn't say I am going out of way. I live here and pay the tax...
