    Random question, but do I need a Texas wildlife license to fish? My boredom is getting worse and worse each day, and I can't take it anymore. I already got some fishing equipment that I have no idea how to use, but that's what YouTube is for.

    I thought under 18 you don’t need one? At least for neighborhood pond fishing and catch and release. I fish a ton, but I’ve never purchased a fishing license. I also don’t fish lakes.
