What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

It worked perfectly, I just tied off on the front too metal loops toward the cab. I ran the straps over the tires from each direction. We had a trailer that was the perfect size but it did not look near as cool as having them in the back.....

 

Asking for a little help. I remember reading something in the owners manual ( yes I read most of it, gave me something new to read on the throne ) about this but now I can’t find it. I went to a party Saturday night. Locked the doors with the fob. Came out and unlocked them , got in and went home. This morning I went to lock them while at the tag office and nothing! I tried the sensor on the door handle. Nothing. I got home and tried the other fob. Same thing. Any ideas?? TIA!

 

I disable the FOB when I wash the truck but it reactivates automatically with the push of any button.

Both fobs? The other is NEVER used.

 

I was thinking on truck. The doors don't unlock but the you can get in and start the truck?

 

They are these tires in 265/75/R16

I misspoke. I actually disable the door handle Auto Unlock. But you use the FOB to do it. It’s completely unrelated to your problem.

So just out curiosity I asked the dealer if they could change my stock grill for the trd pro one. It's been 3 hours and I don't think they will get back to me.

 

I painted part of my grill last night. I’m terrible with a wrench and I had mine taken apart in 15-20 mins. If u buy the grill, do it yourself. Probably save $100 on labor alone.

 

Don't pay the dealer a ridiculous amount for this. There are tons of videos and this is a very easy job. Save your money, buy a mechanical friend a 12 pack, watch the videos and within 3 beers the job will be done with beer left to celebrate the accomplishment.

 

Does anyone know if sequential DRL headlights are compatible with an SR? Aftermarket and stock? So far it seems like they are not but surely there's a way around it?

 

Does it void warranty at all since the TSS sensor is attached to it?

 

....had my Devil Horns emblem come in today. Now I gotta figure out wth to do with it since I went the route of a Pro grill instead. But DAMN, the product looks nice and it very well made. Shout out to Diaz Fab for this great looking product atleast. Maybe I can find another place to mount it, don't know yet.

 

I'm sure there are a variety of B/S/T threads that would be more than happy to take that off your hands.

 

If ya pop over the the Treasure Coast, I know a guy that would let you mount it on his Limited. Just so you have options.
