winter?! that when it's like 45°F out?

It's sad to say how I've lost my winter skin. Been outta Nebraska going on 17 years now... almost more than my time there! spread between SC (twice), WA State, and Texas. not much winter going on there.

I lived more than 19 years out of the Winter, I have to admit though when the full on summer hit's in FL I'm ready to bug out. Too darn hot and humid.

Home run derby ribs. Last of my pitfaced rub and I'm holding out until I can get some unicorn rub at the same time.

Forgot to post end results, but there were no leftovers. Destroyed the whole thing with 5 of us. It rested for probably 3+ hours and pulled apart so easily. One of the best pulled porks I've done. Enjoyed it on the beach with some beers and with a mini bonfire in my Weber 22 because all the fire rings were taken... Then the stupid State Park PoPo drove up and said we can't have a fire unless it's in an actual firepit because Commiefornia is retarded but I digress...

I've never used the Pit Boss pellets but I get more than enough smoke from the Lumberjack and Cookin' pellets brands. They may cost twice as much but it's worth it for the taste and smell.

Got my charcoal rails and probe holders in today. Was gonna do a grilled cajun salmon on the gasser but gotta test the probe holders out on the Weber instead. Will have to do another reverse sear tritip this week now to put the charcoal rails to use

Whoa! They did an overhaul on those Daniel Boones! Mine doesn’t have that lid with the I’m guessing see through portion? Also, did the front table come with yours? Yours looks way more decked out than mine

Yeah its the new Prime wifi model. The window is useless. The pellet window is kinda convenient. The front table is very useful, doesn't fold down though

Aww bummer. Ya that is definitely a prime model haha. The hopper window would be nice for sure. I REALLY need a front table on mine. Does the side table fold down still? Mine also doesn’t have the shelf like yours under neath. I guess I need to do some Smoker mods now

Yeah it does still fold down on the side. The cover for them sucks though, it baaaaarepy covers the tables and doesn't extend down at all

Ya, my cover doesn't even fully cover the side table when folded down all the way I think. It goes like 2 maybe 3 inches past the hopper too. Wish it was bigger, but luckily it stays under my covered patio so it's not exposed to much.

Was just lookin at the pizza attachment too! It's not a bad price really, only $130. If my girlfriend could actually eat dairy products I'd definitely order one

@Cold Iron what’s your recommendation here? I already took your advice on the rails and second charcoal grate
