    That’s a wheelchair van and they probably parked like that so they can get the chair in and out easily. Not all handicapped spaces have space for a side access chair ramp. So in this case yes, you’re being a little bit of an a-hole for calling them out. They are already inconvenienced in literally every aspect of their day. You have functioning legs, walk a little further and ignore the parking on this one.
