You did try to set up without the Wi-Fi/cell feature first?

You have to pair the module with the truck first. Only with the clampless pin set first, inserted when you held down the power button and waited for the unit to cycle then release when only the blue light was lit.

Followed by two pushes of the ignition. Then a pause.

Then another push of the ignition?

Wasn't sleeping. Woke up really sick and throwing up, caught something from the kiddos...on a Sunday, I know not an excuse so I apologize. Let's give it a shot when you're back Saturday. I promise you to be as happy as everyone else here or else you'd be the first. I'll go through it with you personally. Last thing I want you to be is frustrated. My apologies that I didn't have the energy to look at my phone yesterday I was in serious pain dude. Still am. So if you want to return it, great, if you want me to fix it for you, even better. I am not here to rob folks, let me know what will make you happy and if fair enough, I'm game brother. I don't want you to be upset or mad. It's what I/we STRIVE to not create, and so far 100% successful, I don't want it to drop to 99%. I promise you when you're ready to tackle it, I'll get you running, or else I'll have another unit out immediately. I don't care about the money, I've said it before. Your perception of N2 and product satisfaction is worth more to me...that is if you would like to give this a chance, we'll make it right. No one here has walked away less than happy. I don't want you to be the first, ok?

Was trolling me..that's as unprofessional as I've ever gotten...I don't mind opinions, but do mind someone following me on every thread posting the same stupid $hit when they've bought nothing from me, but know everything about the industry, myself and the competition, but clearly don't. That's me kindly saying, "ok, we get it, are you done yet?" :)

I'm really interested in putting this remote start on my 6-speed manual. I had a quick question though, when arming the remote start (neutral, handbrake up, foot off brake) does the car stay on after you pull the key out and you have to turn the engine off with the app/fob? Or does the car still turn off like normal (when the key turns) after it is armed? Hopefully that makes sense.

    Thanks.

EDIT: I think I found the answer on your youtube video, looks like the motor shuts off after you close the door? Also how much are the kits going for? Any sales coming up? Thanks.

We're priced more than fairly considering we have 100% market share on this plug n play version. We don't take advantage of this small notion. Price is on our website. No sales anytime soon or depends on how long you're willing to wait, as in dead middle of winter or not. We only run maybe one or two a year because of how low our prices are.
