Pulled the RXT leaf packs out and swapped them around from option 2 to option 1 over the holiday weekend. Added 2.5" x 2.5° shims while I was in there. Ride is already better, and most of the major driveline vibes are gone, which is awesome! Also cleaned and fluid filmed the hell out of each leaf and insulator pad thing before I reassembled the packs. That plus grease on the shackle bolts will hopefully keep the squeaking down for a while.

Misc other shit done over the long weekend included the first wash in a long time, followed up with a coat of Collinite 845 wax. First time I ever used the stuff, but it seems really good so far. Covered up most of the smaller pin stripes. Also rinsed all the mud out of the winch rope and let that dry, topped off the AGM batteries, and of course flexed it out. Ran out of rock before I ran out of travel :D

I was about to do the AC drain mod, then looked at the location and found no frame rust. I’m I missing something? Is the rust hidden somewhere? Truck is 4 years old now. Maybe cause I live in a cold climate?

Put my custom bedside decals on this weekend. also did the seat riser mod, but now i'm going to need the rearview mirror riser mod so it's not completely in the way.

Blacking out the silver behind it would make it look pretty sick imo

Came across these Spec-D headlights today...anyone running these? 2 reviews complain about moisture but 2 good reviews with one stating the instructions say to seal them first.

If you actually want to reseal them then ya sure, they would be fine. They probably wont have the best light output and will get hazed over after a few years tho

Had Dent Wizard look at removing the small dent's in my truck. Quoted me $200 or less.

Now I'm thinking about having the Bushwacker flares painted before installation.

That is the complaint from most aftermarket headlights. What I did is just put a layer of clear silicon in between the backing and the front clear lens to prevent any water getting in ahead of time just in case.

He is right about this as well. You can try using a UV sealant clear coat? I added that to my taillights and my third brake light to prevent it as much as you can. If you don't mind spending a little more money you can put the Xpel clear film on the headlights and that prevents the fogging and yellowing for a long time

Maybe bedliner for them, I used a tintable bedliner on mine, (silver) and they came out so good, I did both bumpers, door handles and mirrors
