Hey Mark, I got mine from Amazon they came with the seat heaters here's the link.
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MEE6KLX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Here's another switch that might work for you, a bit pricey though.

This is a corolla seat heater switch that ought to work.

Question for ya. So I got the h11 +130’s today and installed them. What would be a good option to upgrade the high beams?

Got awning mounted. It’s right at 5’ which my wife can just stand under but at 6’3 I will never be able too. That’s ok, great place to sit in shade or out of rain. I might make a mesh net to go around to keep bugs out and sleep under in nicer weather. There is just enough room to put a cargo basket between the bike racks so that is next.

Definitely would make a nice sleep enclosure with netting. But with your height and judging from the photo, you would probably have to sleep in the fetal position. But it would totally be worth it on a warm night!

The "goalpost" on those is adjustable and can be widened, I think mine goes to about 48" wide. I can carry two kayaks easily, with one of them tilted on its side.

Basically it's about like a backpacking tent in length, a few inches at head and foot, something I use a lot so am used to it. Thinking maybe I could rig up something with a net like this. If it didn't work out, at least it I wouldn't be out much. I could also add one of the windbreak walls that goes on the 2100mm sides and really open up some space. I still have a lot to figure out but know that there are no rooftop tents in my future for the next few years at least.

I’m with you on the rooftop tent front; nothing like that in my foreseeable future either. Especially considering I just spent $2400 on a shell a few months ago. I’m considering an awning once I get some rails and a rack for the shell (got the shell with Yakima tracks). The RTT’s are expensive and we could just sleep in the bed under the shell when our tent is not the best option. In any case I hope the awning serves you well!

I'm with you Monterey man. I have a Leer XR on my DCLB and don't want a RTT (hit 57 yrs and you don't want to pee from the top of your truck at 2 am). I have a Thule rack on rails and want to find the best awning set-up I can find for my rig. Maybe get a Prinsu for the shell or just use the Thule rack to mount the awning.
