    Isn't there spare fuse locations under the dash that are only hot when ignition is on? This would save you from having to tap an ignition lead.

    There may be. No wrong answer if you get the result you want. At the time, I had that whole area apart to install my alarm with remote start. All the wiring was already out in the open, so I used the main ignition lead.

    I did consider that, but when it comes to my vehicles, my electrical expertise overrules Magnuson’s.

    Yeah. I’m getting very subtle but increased vibrations on idle when warmed up and around 500-650 rpm. Could have happened sometime after I installed my wide band o2 sensor. I didn’t use a new crush gasket on the exhaust. I’m all stock exhaust wise and placed it right after the y-pipe. No oil burning or white smoke out the back. After gasket replacement I think I’ll do a leak down test to check my oil rings.

    Both gauges are wired. Boost gauge is fully-functional. Test routed the AFR harness, confirming I need an extension. Also, need to decide whether to have a bung welded-in or just go with a clamp-on design.

    Questions...
    - Can anyone confirm approximate boost level for 2.7" pulley at/near sea level?
    - Can anyone recommend a decent Bosch LSU 4.9 Extension Harness?

    2.7 pulley at sea level should be around 9/10 lbs. The exhaust setup is a factor too

    Looks like I'm about where expected, with the new gauge showing peak boost of ~6.5 psi (here at ~6K ft elevation). FWIW, I'm on stock exhaust manifolds with TRD cat-back.

    I’m at 500’ and a 2.5” with headers, hi-flow cats, URD y-pipe, and TRD exhaust. I see 10 with an occasional 11 if it’s cold outside.

    The boost numbers will drop the more open your exhaust is. Boost is relative MAF is power ;)

    Yes. Kelford says boost will drop with their cams too. I can only assume that I must increase airflow! Can turbos be far off?

    FWIW I run an OE style inline air/ oil separator in my PCV setup designed by the europeans, keeps it clean, stealthy, and should be effective enough to keep most of the incoming mist away from the recirculation back into the blower. I've been using the same one since my old GTO. It's sort of just a set it and forget it item.

    I like my supercharger whine. We're just going to need to move more air to take advantage of the cams. Oversized crank pulley will help. I should have gotten the 76mm throttle body. I still have a 70.

    Well boost will go down because you are increasing flow and removing restriction. So your head bolts and gasket will be happier with the cams.

    I really wanna do the cams but I don’t wanna install them lol.

    Currently working on getting more done with the oversized crank pulley. As of right now we are almost up to 20 people on board including myself for a new crank pulley. This is exciting and it should real cheap with this many folks on board!
