Both trucks look great, so I was originally looking for a 0 offset and wanted a 17x8 rim, with a 0-2 lift in front only. Will talk to the rim shop and go from there. Thank you for the advice and opinions. This is exactly the kind of stuff I am looking for.

    Yes and no.

Your new wheels are an inch and a half wider, but the offset/backspacing is a 1/4 closer to your strut and UCA.
So they will stock out 1.25” and stick in .25”.

Also check your tires, 265/70-17 can be stretched onto a 9” wide wheel, but this wheel is wider than recommended.

You’d be much better off going with 17x8” with a 0mm offset / 4.5” back spacing.

    This is a nice tool for this: CA36F8A4-5335-402B-8792-6F91BE040237.jpg C676DEC8-C7FE-405A-AA96-62A0183A751A.jpg E62C8280-F8E2-43B6-B65E-E66CDE6359B4.jpg 79B28D65-6C2D-4C27-95F7-3ED3BE33527D.jpg

Here is a 17x8 O offset vs a 17x9 -12 offset both with 4.5 offset. They are very similar.

Both with 4.5" back spacing means the inside of the wheel will stay at the same spot. The only difference is the 9" wide wheel is an inch wider thus sticks out an inch further.

You will rub the fenders with this wheel, requires some light fender trimming to accommodate the more aggressive fit.
