    Will do.

Uniballs definitely wouldn't last long here.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

Actually, the Energy bushings will rotate inside the outer sleeve because only friction is holding them. The bushings aren't actually supposed to do that.

The Whiteline wont rotate inside the outer sleeve because they are vulcanized in to the sleeve.

The inner sleeve is actually what is supposed to rotate.

Which is probably why ES bushings love to clunk and pop. The entire bushing is rotating when it shouldnt be.

That color scheme is looking good! Don't know why it caught my eye as much as it did?! Maybe the color matched fender flares caught my attention, I dunno. It almost looks burgundy/maroon and looks really damn good with the black armor and stuff

Any time I see someone replacing every bushing on their ride with those familiar red poly clunk machines...

I did replace my rack bushings with ES. But none of that actually moves. They work well for that application.

But that's as far as it goes for ES on my truck.

Yeah the rack bushings seem to get a good rep. Anything else Id just use oem rubber or something like those whitelines.

mm sort of. They help a lot with range of motion though which allows the suspension to do its job more. If you have a rough ride still, i'd look at your shock setup.

OME for instance is not a smooth riding shock. They are on the stiff side.

Plus then there is the coils you're running and the weight to go with it...ect ect.

You're feeling every pebble because you're running your tires at 45psi bud.

Poly bushings is not the problem. LCA bushings aren't going to have anywhere near the effect that shocks, springs, and tire pressures will. In fact, I'd bet they have no effect at all on feeling bumps. All of the absorbtion goes up through the shocks/springs... the LCA bushings are just a hinge.

Got mine done today, last time was 4 years ago, (150,000) miles ago. The rear flares Had LOTS of rock chips.
But I took mine off. 6 bolts hold each one on, sanded them down, then primed them, sanded again and then put 3 coats of paint.
I did replaced the rubber trim seal on the edges of each flares because the rubber
was hardened and was cutting into the paint under the flare.
If you have a lot of pitting the Rust-Oleum HIGH BUILD FORMAL
primer is the ticket to smooth out the finish. It’s a really thick primer.
The Rust-Oleum flat black paint x2 lays down a heavy spray with no running or spray issues with quick drying time.

I blew out my ES poly rack d-ring bushing after two trips. I went back to rubber for the rack and it holds up much better to wheeling. I do have Whilelines in my LCA's and so far they have held up pretty damn well.

Just stress from wheeling. It split down the middle. Went to Beck Arnley's rubber kit and I only have to replace them every 6 months.
