Wiring pretty much wrapped up for the moment. Running the wires under the dash to the switches was a party.
Huge thanks to my buddy Tucker lending a hand, last few nights. He's the one responsible for the clean install not I.
Switch all wired up red/down white
    [IMG]

    List is getting shorter:

    mount CO2 tank
    Nut and Bolt check
    re-charge Rear shocks with nitrogen.
reorganize tools, need to make more accessible than behind the back seat where the car seat mounts lol #dadlyfe

Wiring those switches is such a PITA, and you didnt even do the ones below the stereo, did you?

I'm gonna need to peep how you did that stuff on the panel, mine looks like garbage compared to that...big surprise.

Had an awesome trip couple weeks ago. Through Nevada. Started in Tonopah went as far north as Austin, NV and then looped back down to through Death Valley.
The group did 500 dirt miles over 6 days. We just joined for part of the trip Thursday -Monday total dirt mileage for us was about 240...

If you are rolling through Lone Pine... you gotta stop
    [IMG]

Met up with group Friday Night at Tonopah station Casino. Grabbed dinner and a few beverages.

Up early to hit the trail. First stop

    yea dude that was incredible.

    But wait there's more...

So after the hot spring we headed back into the hills up to a cave with some Indian paintings.
    [IMG] [IMG]
On the road again.... Take note of those clouds..

We decided to pull into pit for lunch at Diana's Punch Bowl.
50 ft across....30 ft down...no bottom in sight... but don't send it! That water is apparently somewhere in the 140-180 range from my readings.
    Finished up lunch

strapped C in my buddies truck
    [IMG]

loaded up and hit the pike again.
little rain helped cut the dust a bit. [IMG]

    flexing out the dodge.
So we pulled up to this old ranch. Mikey hops out to open the fence and let everyone through, but it's so tight he can't manage to get it loose. As is starts to rain, I got out to take this photo. Climbed up on to the little ridge. To the right of the photo up in the the mountains I see a bolt of lighting hit the ground and think shit that was close! I think to myself one one thou.....and the thunder rolls. I ran back down to truck and get it. Listening to the banter on the radio. We all had to back up and turn around.
    Now its raining pretty good.
Now its hailing and more lighting! Was pretty intense at the time.

Scotty the leader, decided quickly, we need to flip around and go down the other way away from the storm around the ranch.

So we did eventually the hail subsided and turned to rain.

Next stop was the town of Belmont. Old mining town. Super cool town of old building to scope out bunch of old cars and mining equipment complete with a saloon. Dirty Dick's I think it was.

    [IMG] [IMG]

We grabbed a sport soda at the Saloon and headed onward for Tonopah....

More rain helped the dust a ton. It did get a little bit muddy in some spots
    [IMG]

Wild horses any one? (off to left) so rad there was a pack of 8 or so running with scott and lutz up in the front for awhile. They sounded like little school girls on the radio haha.

We made it back to Tonopah Station for a shower dinner and more sport pops. giving that North Face bag a little bit of a work out..

And of course a donation to the casino. Bought a few $20 beers

Needed more shit to attach to my vehicle.:bananadead:... traded a buddy some camera gear for this little guy.
Thinking about mounting it behind cab or up on the rack on longer trips.
Should be pretty money for hosing off the little man after he rolls around in the dirt all day.
I like the fact that I can refill it and hit it with the CO2 and I'm back in business.

    Been a wild few weeks
Used the truck a bunch to haul away a bunch of burnt wood and melted toys at my little man's day care.
Woolsey Fire ripped through back yard luckily the house was okay other than little smoke damage. I think I've taken 8 truck loads away. #tinybed

pick up had a little issue on this uphill had to get out the umbilical cord to get him up.
Then the Classic was having some issues, kept back firing.... so we had to pull out all the straps haha.

We all made if off the trail. Stevey luckily towed his ranger out there, so we threw the rover on the trailer and hit the road home. Picked up a little battle scar on passenger rear. haha. :itllbuffout:

Slider and skids got a bit of a work out too. Can't wait to get back out on the trail again.

So have had a pretty nasty clunk in the front end on driver side, which was the lower control arm bushings being shot causing the lower to shift.

Stock piling parts for a few months.

    New stock replacement lowers
    Tie Rod ends
New Spindles from TC with Gussets.

yes there is also a jack under frame.
Still got to finish up a few loose ends tonight, set ride height and get it aligned.

    Good times!
No real issues other than had a little belt squeak going on from time to time under load... Not sure if it's just the belt or tensioner pulley
Also need still need to replace my steering rack cause it's pissing from the hard line fitting.

Was pretty impressed with truck having no lockers it walked most of the trail with out issue. on the 2 actually hard sections I had to adjust my line a few times to get it but never got stuck....
That said... next mod I think is going to be gears and lockers. :bikewhoops:
