    I think you might be right. I have never seen one like that. I mostly see the hump backed orb weaver around here

    When we lived in Texas, I was walking with my dad around the outside of the house and he found a big ass tarantula near the wall. He hit it with a rolled up newspaper and I remember a f'ing SWARM of tiny baby tarantulas scattered all over the place, all throughout our yard. I didn't know but I guess tarantulas carry their young on their stomachs or backs.
    It was like nature's way of giving my dad instant karma for killing one tarantula...now you have a thousand baby ones in your yard.

    I fucking hate spiders. I leave them alone if I see them outside, but if one's inside it means war. Except Black Widows...those are everywhere in SoCal and must die

    My Dad used to give me a torch to kill black widows when I was a kid. He'd send me around the perimeter of the house when it got dark and I always found at least a handful. They really are everywhere.
