My favorite photo of it, thanks @eon_blue

Stuck at home today, with some time to kill. Lets see where this goes in the next few hours...

Here's my first tacoma and first vehicle, a 04 Precummer

It went through a few different stages. Originally got it in high school, never even thought of off roading. Mannn did that change. I can go on and on about it and the awesome adventures I had with that, beat the shit out of that thing and it took the beatings with stride.
I love that truck, part of me doesn't want to let it go. I think that might've been a big reason why I was so hesitant for years to buy another truck.

Well one day this got traded in to the dealership I work at

I didn't particularly want a 4 door but the price was just too good of a deal to pass up! Part of me misses the long bed but the 4 door is growing on me, just gotta figure out better storage methods.

It's a 01 Tacoma with 150,000ish miles a V6, andddd little to no maintenance history :anonymous:. It's not the prettiest, has clear coat issues on the roof and hood, but I'm happy with it.

Immediately swapped the suspension from the 2wd to the 4wd. A huge thank you to Danny for swapping the ucas, and to @itaro for teaching me how to mount shocks. Myself and another friend swapped the shocks over

I also swapped the tires over, turns out the wheel caps off my silver truck don't fit over 4wd hubs... Mehh no biggie

Is there a easy way to add multiple photos? One at a time is a real drag, I tried linking from flickr but that doesnt want to work

Don't you dare complain about storage, you have bigger back seats than my extra cab for putting stuff AND you can actually fit people back there without torturing them lol

Hahahaha. Honestly I feel like the extra cab is better for storage, I kept a tool box and a bunch of other stuff in the back of mine constantly since I knew no one was going to sit back there. Not to mention on camping trips I can pile up that back area and still have all 6 feet of that bed... and with that soft topper :bananadance::bananadance:

People wise... meh. I'm sure I'll come around to it but I've only used those back seats for people once :anonymous:....

On damn, whatcha gonna do with the original truck after parts are swapped?

Also thinking about taking mine to a shop to get the cv boots & lca bushings replaced. I don't think I can do the bushings myself and unsure about cv boots..... plus the fact I'd love to be able to wheel my truck soon
