Is FN wheels still in business?

Why , Really ? Have you read the last two pages ?? His wheels might be great , what good are they if you can't get him to return a phone call or email . Honestly he sucks as a business man . Cant even get a hold of the guy to order a set . Don't get it , why even be in business ,nit he still is .

Ah too bad. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about him and his business, it’s unfortunate you guys aren’t having the same experience!

 

I contacted him in April. He responded telling me the wheels that I want wont be in stock for about 2-3 weeks. Contacted him early june and followed up mid june and no response. Even rode on my motorcycle one day by the shop to maybe catch him and there was no one there. Would be cool if he just gave a response. I would love to support local business but he's not really making it easy. Anyone else know of anyone making those Sema rims in 16"?

 

Are they active on here?

 

Really seems hit or miss.

 

Dustin is awesome just give him a call. bought 2 sets of wheels from him. Even got a discount when ordering the second set. A+ will do business with him in the future.

I just wish they would answer an email or return a phone call. I want some of the blue metallic wheels for my truck, but no luck at all. I just would like an update with some timing if they are going to continue selling wheels.

 

I called 3 times today. Nothing. At this point I’d have reservations about placing an order if he did answer.

 

Owned my own businesses close to 30 years , what he is doing is not how you run a legit business . Post number #27 , saying Dustin is Awesome . Might me a great guy as far as running a business not so good . You buy something from this guy , your asking to get screwed .

They lost my business , went to another company that returned emails and phone calls . You don't wait two months then let people know what's going on . Not how you do things .

 

So they decided they were going to stop selling wheels for a short time and rather than take 5 minutes to put a quick update on their site, they just completely ignored everyone for several months?

 

^ Exactly ! Can someone tell me why they did way they did? Makes zero sense , then then put up a letter two months later and people are suppose to be ok with it . I wanted a set of wheels bad from them , why could they just respond to my email telling they where doing what they where doing .

 

People need to chill. Sure he kind of Fu-bared communication the last couple months but No one lost any money and were just inconvenienced. I’ll be in touch with Dustin soon. I just need to decide on 5 stars or Countersteers and Bronze or Gunmetal for my Black Access Cab.
I’ve only herd great things about him and their wheels and can understand that life gets in the way at times. A family run business is a lot different that large corporations!

That’s good for you. But obviously they were your second choice.
Some patients mixed with a little frustration on my part and I will now get my first choice in wheels.

I ordered my set of wheels and had a 2 month wait. He texted the next week and had a set come up. 850 for a set of wheels with lugs is about as sweet as it gets, the guy is running a whole business pretty much by himself.

Cut him some slack, quit whining and get a different set. A couple butthurt guys with Tacoma’s isn’t going to hurt his business at all.

 

Not really, I was only trying to communicate with them about the wheels, was looking other several types. However, as others have said, what if there was an issue with a wheel ? I feel like it was the best decision all around, your money, your gamble.
