I never said I was better. It just sounds crazy to fix symptoms and not problems.

Not to be an ass, but have you done any metal fabricating before? Are you aware how much metal pulls, twists and distorts during welding? All based on amps, volts, arc length, travel speed, heat input, location and order of the pass....like I said previously, 2mm is a pretty tight tolerance when it comes to fabrication and slight variations are unavoidable.

That turned out great. Looks good on that access cab too! I’m running that winch as well. Thanks for tip on the switch.

What are people doing for license plate mounts? Unfortunately, Texas requires a front license plate.

I just bought some clips from Lowe's and clipped it over the light bar cut out. I can remove it in about 5 seconds if I go Offroad.IMG_20190417_163305.jpg

I heard they tend to start to lean in from wind resistance over time. So, for an end link I got one of these.https://factor55.com/product/prolink/
I am hoping that with it sitting right behind the plate, the plate will remain visible enough to avoid any unwanted attention.
I am currently waiting delivery on the bumper. I will post up pics once I receive and get it installed.

Yikes! That’s too rich for my blood. I’m sure it will look nice and clean though. Can’t wait for this thread to start having more pictures of the installed bumper. So far the few installations posted look great!

Anyone know if the S8 light bar cut out will fit the OnX6?

I use the plate magnets. Holds strong and you can just pop off your plate when go offroading.

Do you think there will ever be an option for an OnX6 specific cut out? Possibly down the road with the one piece bumper?

No, it's too big of a light bar to go in with the slimline style and winch. There isn't enough a room behind the face of the bumper.
