    Love the OPs wheels. We put RPF1's on my wife's GTI and we love them. We went smaller than OEM but kept the same OD on the tire and they are comfortable and light. I bet your ride quality improved with those wheels.

    Those look pretty dang good. Very much like the RPF1's. I had a black set of the latter on my S2000. The lack of center caps would drive me nuts though.

    I liked the idea of saving weight with the wheels to offset the heavier/larger tires going on in the future. When I first put them on I could have sworn I was getting slightly better MPG, but that was probably just myself trying to justify these to the wife :rofl:

    as soon as i installed a K&N air filter in my taco, my MPG's bump 1.5-2mpg. instantly

    @jeremy5000 , lol. All I had to do was tell her the 17" wheels and thicker tire would be quiet and smoother on the highway. She was sold. Her wheels are wrapped in Michelins.

    We still haven't bought the Enkei aluminum center caps. These are Honda Accord caps that I painted to match. She isn't exactly a track monster so they aren't in risk of melting.

    Very. Sorry, I didn’t get a chance to weigh them because I went directly to the tire shop to get them installed after picking them up, but my guess is they’re between 16-18 lbs each.

    Very minimal, if any. However, I did get bigger AT tires over stock so that may have negated some of the weight savings from the rims. I also do mostly casual driving so a reduction of a few pounds in unsprung weight wouldn't be noticeable...at least to me.

    I see. Makes sense. In my previous vehicle (mustang gt) -6lbs made a huge difference in cornering and even acceleration it really felt like a completely different car.

    The OEM wheel off a 2019 OR is about 26lbs. I’m not sure how accurate my scale is though? I would say plus or minus a pound? The RPT1 is 18lbs so it’s about 8 lb difference.

    Why do i think these look better without center caps on the trucks? The large cylindrical caps that stick out ruin the look for me.

    Toyota should have just used these in the 2020 trd pro. They look the business and have good specs and quality.
