I owned two construction businesses close to 25 years , there was not one night that I did not sit down and return ever single text, email , voicemail . Probably why I was retired at 47 years old . If they are not in business they should be

If anyone hears from him post it up on the site. I am waiting on a set. Maybe it’s possible that something happened like he was in an accident or something.

Bought mine from them about a year and a half ago. Great wheels. The guy (Dustin?) was very helpful, easy to deal with, shipping was as promised and all was good.
My timing must have been good. I left a Voice Message, he called back, we did the deal and they showed up as promised. Simple, straight forward. No complaints at all. Would do business again.

The one thing that has been consistent throughout this thread, including when I bought mine, is that he is tough to get a hold of. Hopefully, that's all that is going on.

Now, shameless shot of my truck to show off the wheels:PTDC0243 - Copy (1024x768).jpg

No, I didn’t prepay and I got a hold of him a couple of times before maybe he is just on a long vacation or something. Hopefully all is well and he gets back to us soon. I really want those rims and I don’t want to order different ones but my tires aren’t going to last much longer and I have new tires in the garage in 17 inch so I’m going to hold out as long as I can.

Okay heard from Dustin today. This was on there Facebook.

    FN Wheels Customers,

    Thank you for visiting FNWheels.com.

Most importantly – we appreciate and value every single one of our customers (new, old, and potential) to the highest degree possible. We’ve received many e-mails, calls and messages of concern over the last 60 or so days in response to the availability of our products and the difficulty in reaching us. Thank you all for your support and concern. We’d like to take this space to address your concerns.

Earlier this year we experienced an unprecedented convergence of difficulties with respect to our operations. Delays from our suppliers, an extremely difficult and challenging relocation of our primary warehouse and office, phone and internet service outages, serious illness in our family (we are a family run business) all occurred at roughly the same time. Please note that none of the aforementioned difficulties were in any way related to problems with the products themselves. Challenging as they have been, these were purely logistical / operational issues.

As a result, we made the difficult decision to suspend order taking until all the issues had been resolved. We completely understand and sympathize with the frustration of customers looking to place orders for our products. However, we felt that the most prudent measure for FN Wheels was to suspend order taking until we were able to guarantee that we could offer the same level of service that we’ve been known for over the last two decades. Simply stated – we did not want to take payment for orders that wouldn’t be shipped in a timely manner and/or with the attention to detail that we’re known for, and so we didn’t.

All orders that we received were processed without delay, but once it became apparent that delays would be imminent, we did not accept any payment for any orders as a precaution and out of respect for our customers’ hard-earned money. Our philosophy has always been that we’ll only accept orders if we can fully meet our customers’ expectations for their orders. FN Wheels would rather not accept payment for an order before ever running the risk of disappointing a paying customer. We humbly believe that our reputation for putting the customer first before all else speaks for itself and is without comparison in our industry.

With that said, we now feel that we’ve resolved the difficulties that have prevented us from accepting orders from you, our most valued and appreciated customers, for the last 60 days. As of today, we’ve begun accepting and processing orders again with the same quality and service that we’ve spent nearly 20 years building our reputation upon.

Our family at FN Wheels sincerely thanks everyone one of past, present and future customers, and we look forward to providing you with the best possible wheels and accessories that we can for generations to come.

    Most gratefully,

    FN Wheels Staff

I talked to him and he said he has pretty much everything in stock except for the 17 high gloss gunmetal. So if you guys have a set reserved give him a call. I will be waiting for the gunmetal to come in. He said very rough estimate would be October so all is good glad that they are still around and doing business just a little hiccup. Happens when you run a small business.
    Nate

I can respect them holding off until they can deliver but communication is vital and going dark for 4 months makes me apprehensive on making a purchase.

I just talked to Dustin about a set of bronze. He said they are in stock ready to go. $899 set sound right?

IMO , thats not the way you handle things in business you don't get tons of calls and emails and not return them . You just don't let people hang for two months and they are wondering what's going on. Your know your having problems but you do nothing to let your customers know what s going on . They lost my business .

While that was a gracious message from the company and I can sympathize with their struggles regarding family, suppliers, and warehouse relocation, it was a big mistake to ghost everyone for several months. I'm guessing the voicemails, emails and texts had backlogged so much to the point where he decided it just wasn't worth responding to any single one of them, so everyone ended up getting ignored. They would have been much better off being upfront and honest with everyone several months ago, as many potential buyers (like me) either assumed they had gone out of business or were just unreliable in general. I ended up moving on and buying Methods - they were more than happy to take my money and I got my wheels delivered 3 days later.

And regarding them saying they have everything back in stock - just checked their website and you still can't buy any wheels, all are shown as out of stock...

Is this the number you have for Dustin? 855-943-3500

Also, I bought my set back in July of 2016 and it was $829... so, looks like a bit of a price bump, but nothing too crazy.
