Anyone in the Austin area willing to do some sanding in exchange for beer? It's crunch time with the beach meet next week could really use a hand if anyone has some free time

Thanks Edwards. So many of you are so very special to me. :fistbump: Every morning the wife would ask if I had been back on and I would pout and say no, then the flashbacks would start and then I would pout more. I got tire of pouting. Besides, it's not a good look on me.

The sucky part is, I have given up so much already, in terms of diet. I have an affection for so few things that are bad for me. I'm so glad/lucky tequila is plant based!!! I just need to buckle down more is all. No more "no sugar added" ice cream. No more black liquorice. Not so many carbs.

What's weird is, my doc is telling me that some things high in protein is not so good for me too. Like those Think or Quest bars I started eating to replace my sweets. And coconut oil which I was adding to my smoothies. So I think I just need to find the time to add some exercises into my life. I have the equipment. Like you, I need to change or else.

Hopefully I can keep honey dicking @Beretta4x4 into helping but if anyone else has time it’d be really amazing to have an extra set of hands

I like those sanding sponges. I found them to be more effective on my skid prep than the same grit on my palm sander.
