Man all that Marine gear adds quite a bit to the price.

Thats with transmission and V-Drive too though. A quick look and those are another 1-3k so still not to bad for "just the engine" side of it.

Definitely more expensive than a used engine but not bad for a brand new Toyota engine

fuck I am jealous. For a track car, that's super clean. Doesn't look like it's ever seen the track. You're not married right?

I always hate how they never take pictures of inside the garage/outbuildings.

But man that looks like a nice house with lots of potential. Buy it and put a few grand into it and be an awesome place (just small things...like the back patio roof)

Im sure itll sell pretty quick

But then you'd have to live in Tacoma.

The garage is basically empty. The guy they bought it from had a couple muscle cars and a bike and it filled it up pretty well.

There is nothing wrong with Tacoma. The downtown area is clean, Ruston is a smaller less traveled Alki, 6th street has lots of good bars/eateries, stadium/old town/proctor all have really nice neighborhoods.... not sure why so many people still think Tacoma is the ghetto :notsure:

It’s mostly fine these days. The whole West End neighborhood is pretty nice, from Titlow park up to Ruston is great.

Overall, it's really clean but the paint isn't too great, it's definitely been peppered by track dust at 150+mph many times. Luckily for me, my wife loves Porsches so she is actually excited that I bought it.

O I'm sure...was more a generalized comment on all real estate ads. They never show the insides of garages!
