Apparently i’m in the wrong business.
Our AC crapped out Tuesday, variable speed blower motor died. Called, got an after hours visit from the dealer that installed unit 5 years ago.
had to order the motor, no big deal, i did ask if there was any way it could be rushed a bit, wife is on chemo, she has good and bad moments, mostly good, but the heat has its effect.

part came in, part is under warranty (10yr parts), guy comes back out to install, but before he does, he needs $885.....

For what ? the part and install.... the part is warrantied, what’s the labor...$885.....

heh, no way, of that had been the case and been said prior to your arrival, you’d never have been back....

looked up part on the googles....$235... looks like my Sunday is booked out.....
