Did your fronts ever really settle? Any clue what your current height is?

I measured it yesterday, and they haven’t settled. Still sitting around the 2.75 to 2.8 inch mark. Which is what they rate it as. So quite happy with that result. We’ll see once I get a bumper and skids on. Hopefully it’ll still give me the 2.4 inch lift. But we’ll see. It’ll be a while before I can get those.

Great! Mike recommended I go with the 352s on the 59-220 struts. I’m looking to get close to 3” with a front bumper installed (I’ll put them on when my bumper arrives). I’m replacing 886 coils that sagged to under 1-1/2 with no added weight. Super disappointed in them.

For sure, I too was suggested the 352s, but they weren’t in stock when the shop was going to replace my springs. Still happy with the taller spring, if I add to much weight I may need to switch out the struts but time will tell.

@Dobinsons Mike Do you have a coil that will only lift about 1” for a 3rd gen double cab long bed? Thanks

I installed the 314/221 combo up front and the 110r leaf pack this weekend. Just under 2.5” up front and barely an inch over stock rear heights

Any word about MRA shocks becoming available?

Just an update for anyone on the fence with this kit. My experience is still amazing. For $700 I got the 2.5" of lift I wanted, did not need to buy UCA's to get in alignment, and it rides very nice. I was skeptical about doing blocks in the back but with the little to no off-roading I actually do this was the best decision. Buy it, you won't regret it.

Mike is awesome, I can’t eait to get my kit in! Ordered with a shop I deal with often that I didn’t realize was a Dobinsons rep. Mike knows his stuff and was great recommending a setup to me

@Dobinsons Mike, it was really nice chatting with you on the phone. This is Jonny from Bama and I had just called to inform of a 2.5" suspension lift from you! I'll be giving you some business here soon so I can take my wife to the mall in more comfort! lol

I’ve been on my setup for about 400 miles now. Very happy with the ride quality. Stock UCAs for now. I did install some sliders and ifs skid last night. The ride actually softened up a bit. I don’t have any experience with any suspension setups other than stock. I wanted the lift without the harsh ride, and I didn’t want to fork over the $$ for high end coil overs. The Dobinsons kit has satisfied that want. I got the 2.5” up front and 1” out back with new leaf springs and without the harsh ride. Uca’s weren’t needed, although I’ll install them because I have them. The sliders and skid will probably make the ride quality better as time goes on. Dobinsons doesn’t disappoint.
