Not sure. Woke up pretty sore/stiff this morning from that light workout yesterday. It’ll probably be a few more weeks. Going to keep rowing for about 15 mins a day and doing some more light sets. My head did start hurting a bit yesterday, but that’s ok. My girlfriends best friend is currently going for her PhD and has done all her masters and stuff on concussions and related stuff. She said newer research is showing starting light physical activity earlier is good for concussions. As long as the symptoms stay under a 4/5 out of 10 it’s ok.

I was pretty hungry after my vacation, though I did eat a million pounds of food and it probably sparked my metabolism for a bit... It calmed down later in the week, but today I feel the same... back to normal. It's normal to be hungry if you're cutting. It's part of the process :)

Slightly increased intensity on the rower and hopefully an extra 5 minutes and maybe some DB rows and some OH press with just the bar

True but I’ve just kinda lost motivation. For the past 2-3 months my weight has stayed around 183-185 as I weigh myself daily and I already eat healthy enough where I can still enjoy a snack every now and then but not gain weight or be miserable. I don’t think I have the will power to cut just to do it. Marathon not a race right? Still lift heavy and train hard so hopefully slowly but surely I’ll burn fat and gain muscle.

    Leg day.

But not a normal leg day. I’ve got to get this knee checked out. Yesterday I fucked it up just getting off the lat machine
I yelled loud enough to scare the shit out of half the gym.

It hurts really bad and swells with particular movements... but when I’m just walking around or running I’m fine. :notsure:

It is certainly not easy and not quick. It can be done quick, but with sacrifices. I came across a quote yesterday that I enjoyed... "If someone has more than you, it's probably because they sacrificed more". Not always applied esp to fuck faces like Kim K or some dumb shit, but to true hard workers and people who work for their goals.

I've eaten the same thing for 45 days now (minus the 4 day vacation). I am still making progress and have only done cardio for 6 days (to water shred before vacation). Does it suck, yea somedays. I stare at all the damn delicious food ppl eat and I'm like ugggghhh... But on the flip side I'm like wow they are so out of shape, wonder why? :)

Building muscle is never quick, but losing weight is much easier and quicker. Depends what you wanna sacrifice.

Very true. I guess I’m not willing to make those sacrifices yet. I’m not fat anymore thank god. Just not cut or toned. So I’m pretty content at this point. Probably 20-23% BF range. Which may be fat compared to you but being able to see a couple of the abs without flexing is hardly fat compared to the general US population.

That separates the ones who enjoy it though and the ones who literally live it.

    Y’all are troopers for sure.

My favorite is a quote by Vince Lombardi “The only time success comes before work is in the dictionary”.
