How long ago did you order?

I think OVT is buried with new orders, getting Dump Tube tunes ready, and nesting for the new baby.

Running 4.88's and 87 base tune and 34" tires and i can get 20 MPG if i keep it 60 mph or less. But i drive a little aggressive 70-75 on daily freeway travel whenever there is no traffic. Drops MPG's down 15-17 MPG's depending on terrain. Oh it's a heavy ass pig! White Tacoma. Hoping 2.0 and gear tunes help it even more, really would like to get the speedo back to proper reading. Gears and tune have been great so far!

Could you guys help me with something? I emailed Mat my system ID 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the email that contains the registration key so I can download the tune. I have tried emailing Mat a couple of times for an update and haven't received a response from him. What is the usual wait time on this?

Email or pm me your email. You should of had an order confirmation email sent, but we have seen a few PayPal orders process without it finishing the order on our site. If that happened you wouldn't get the auto email so I'll check.

Yes we are backlogged at the moment, but we did send out many orders today, you guy should have tracking emails

Are you sending it to support@ovtune.zendesk.com? Because generally we get keys at 1-3 days.

At the current moment we are getting about 60+ new tickets a day, so sometimes sorting them takes a little extra time, but rarely 2 weeks.

Sorry I don't know who you are for which email.

Also everyone tracking things from forum to zendesk has become increasingly difficult.

Right now our zendesk is pretty swamped but Ive been going through tickets as fast as possible.

New tickets are looked at AFTER pending tickets so if you guys send new messages it won't get seen right away.

Rest assured we will get to all tickets. But in the case of the person above if you haven't heard from us in 5 days, we may not of received the ticket so please resend.

Is there something that we can do here or in the Zendesk messages to help you out? Linking up our TW username with the email address and order number? Or something else?

well you probably don't live at an elevation above 5280 ft. Air fuel ratio does not change so less air = less fuel- so if you live at sea level then more air = more fuel. I also get 45+ mpg on my stage II Road Glide highway at 75 mph. Guess you need to move here to gain the benefits. Give yourself some time to adjust to the altitude before you go run or hike - and drink plenty of water. Elevation is also why we have 85, 87 and 91 octane - higher elevation results in lower octane need - you can find 93 here but not as common as high octane you find a low elevation.

Indeed on the inconsistency. I can say that after letting 1.05 87 base get to 1000 miles of settling for some reason my mpgs went up drastically on avg.

yeah i had an experience like that. had 93 BFO the whole time and one day decided to drive differently on the throttle, very light and easy on it while still keeping about the same speeds. right away my mpg hit 20.something and i couldn't believe it. in the about 2 months since then i have tried continually but have been able to reproduce that only once, always the same road and everything. but can't get above 18 again.

endless variables: temp, humidity, barometric, head wind/tail wind, in traffic or alone.... who knows.

Apparently even suggesting how to eliminate a CEL caused by the dump tubes is illegal for OVTune since it breaks EPA regulations which is understandable.

Where I am from there is no such thing as EPA or emissions crap, many people drive straight pipe on the street including myself and have never had any trouble.

Question is has anyone had a CEL from the dump tubes and if so how did you deal with it?
