She pushed in the body of the trunk towards the interior by 5-6 inches. Trunk won’t shut anymore the unibody is all bowed inwards.

She didn’t speak a lick of English, from all that my three years of High School Spanish could muster she put me on the phone with her brother in law who spoke English. I told him “I called the police” and he started yelling at me about “Why would you call the police, why would you do that!” The lady didn’t have insurance, didn’t have her license, but at least she didn’t run.

The cop showed up and asked to speak to her brother in law. Was hilarious, he was yelling at him about “That’s not how it works! Just because she needs to go to work doesn’t mean she’s exempt from the law. There’s Uber, Lyft, etc!”

We just put this car on liability only since they got the Tesla. We have uninsured motorist coverage on everything so hopefully it’ll cover something.

Worst comes to worst I come in with a hammer and shape it back into what it used to be.

yeah tomorrow's trail is going to be dusty AF out here...luckily I'm going to be leading it so everyone behind me will be suffering the most.

Going to be revisiting this trail...only open during the summer unfortunately, they close it every winter. This is toward the end of it, it's about 30 miles long

Should list it down here. Just had two different people offer me cash on the spot for mine while I was drying it at the carwash.

I feel like every day I drive home from work I'm gambling high odds on getting rear ended, around 5pm everyone drives like an asshole riding your tail as if it's going to get them home faster. Have had some close calls

The daily struggle of living in California. Just horrible drivers.

I’m just happy she didn’t run and was cooperating with us. He brother in law really was the only one who was mad and yelling over the phone.

Was damn satisfying seeing the officer yell back at him on the phone haha.

I got all her information. ID, registration, etc. Just no insurance or driver’s license. The officer was very helpful in facilitating the exchange.

We’ll let insurance deal with it. I don’t want to talk to that hot headed brother in law again. He did say through his screams that “we would pay for it” but I’m not counting on it.

Not if you're buying just to resell.

You don't get any free passes though if you get a ticket. Everything is harsher with a commercial license, cause you should know better haha

You can buy R12(A?) on eBay, but you need your EPA license. OR, you can write a letter that says you’re using it for “resale only”.
