If I didnt have to drive to BFE Oklahoma to do so then yes. I am really tempted to drop the parts I dont want in the bar ditch in front of his house.

Original idea is from @docloco , but I’m poor and couldn’t swing $200 for his aluminum version.

Instead, I chatted up @nola_jim and went with some 1/8” thick ABS plastic. At this thickness, it will easily bend as needed, but is still stiff enough to support the power panel. It started as a 24”x24” square, but I chopped it to 17 3/4” to fit as it is. Probably could have done an even 18”, but meh.

The panel doesn’t come wired. It does come with spade connectors, but they took up too much depth for my application. Instead, I soldered the wire connections.

It works, and now my fridge can stay on without leaving the truck on.

 

Anyone buy anything for prime days??

 

Not after this purchase this month, plus the new wheel bearings I also purchased, and wanting to purchase gusseted spindles... that and I don't even feel like combing through all the things trying to find a deal...

 

Looked into a TV, but probably won’t.

Should save money instead.

I was looking at dash cams, but the reviews are so hit or miss unless I'm willing to spend $200 on one. So far I haven't found any deals that I just can't pass up.

 

oh i need some spark plugs.... Also need an oil change in 2k miles. This will be the first oil change on the taco that i will perform. I have had the maintenance package so oil changes and stuff have been free/already paid for up to this point.

 

Bro i am close to having my truck paid off! Been looking at drones... or a decent sony mirrorless camera. DJI mavic air or sony a5100...

Sony is king at the moment, if you can find a good a7ii for an affordable price its got features new canons still dont have.

 

Oil change on these trucks are easy peasy.
