This. My gf had cervical disc replacement surgery last year after 3 years of chronic pain, after getting rear-ended twice within a couple months.

Haha I feel like just doing one wouldn’t be bad, but sitting for over a half hour eating one after another and talking would suck. We have wings at a local bar/restaurant that sell “Rocket to your anus” wings. They are definitely hot but nothing extraordinary.

 

That stuff is the bomb! I stop at Crooked Lane after Fall Apple Hill trips.

Uggghhhhh...Just about to leave work in a bit. Been here since a little before 9am. I thought Friday's where suppose to be better than this.........

 

Haha pretty much. He moved out to Philadelphia so only see him on the holidays.

 

It's actually pretty amazing, called a Mobi-C device. It was only a 1hr out-patient procedure. They went in through the front of her neck, without having to cut through any muscle. The recovery was still no picnic but she was up and fairly active within a few days to a week.
