39... And I am solo... At least that.
And it is hurting me on the improvement front.
Been debating on joining NEMBA or something...
Fact is, I am not riding as often, nor as hard as I should/want to...

Wish I could, brother! The clowns at the shop sold the demo bike on Wednesday afternoon before I got to test it. He texted me to let me know they're building another this weekend, so the test was delayed until next Wednesday. I'll definitely post my thoughts afterwards. It's a slick bike, so I'm excited to give it a shot.

The hardest part will be selling my mojo3.

Yeah, this would be my scourge as well. I'm not good at the whole "influencer" thing. Thank goodness...

Can anyone confirm if the tailgate on a 3rd gen can open without contacting a Yakima hold-up?

After some further research it seems the answer is no.

While there are many quality rack options out there, the 1upUSA is to me the best option out there.

Would anyone be interested in buying a 1upUSA rack if there was a group buy/slight discount? It may be a long shot, but I’ve reached out to them inquiring about group buy possibilities.

44 here. Every year I get better, faster. I ride solo 90% of the time, and some of those rides are in the middle of nowhere... I try to ride at 80% or less to reduce falling since injuries take forever to heal now. Some don’t ever heal...
Every year I think, “I should start some training.”
Then I look at my bike and go for a ride instead. Time is already too limited for riding.
I have however started climbing. On those down days it helps build strength and mobility, as well as learning how to slow down and get over fear. But it’s not as fun, and again, if I have a choice I’m on the bike.

Stache got a few mods. Copper bars and presta caps, fabric scoop saddle, mallet pedals, and soon to be copper matched bottle cages.

They are deity skylines I think. Aluminum 787mm bars.

Yep. The recovery is an issue as well. But, single income household, and if I get hurt enough, to miss work, that is bad.
    I also work A LOT.
I dont have a problem riding alone. Tend to prefer it. But, I enjoy the challenge.......

Inaugural run in the books and an overall success, aside from the yellow jackets. Got a few adjustments to make and possibly swap a few cockpit parts. Otherwise I’m pleased with the new ride.

2018 ex 9.9 frame. Budget bits bolted on.

Look into the pawl upgrade kit for your line comp 40s. Guaranteed to be the best $30 you’ve spent on your bike.

I wish mine had all the parts that came with the 9.9 from trek, but I bought it as a frame.

It’s a spring and pawl upgrade kit. Your local trek store can get it for you. Takes the rear hub from 3 pawls to 6. POE goes from 54 to 108. It’s boss, for $30.
