Was never getting higher then 74 at the control or the thermostat inside is bad

 

So one of you local guys needs these... cut you a deal if you bring cash.

 

That’s too bad about the rust on the frame. Can’t believe they’re still asking that much.

 

Those would fit a 5lug.

 

here's the specs. Came off the wifes 13 Kia Optima. 5 lug.

 

Also may have a running 95 Ford Taurus coming up for sale. And a house, but that's gonna cost more than the car and rims.

I'm staying put. It's my dad's house. I'm going broke trying to keep both. So his is going away.

 

Keep it and rent it out, parents regret selling our old house in Union City. They sold it for $675k in 2014, it sold again last year for $1,150,000. Housing market in the Bay Area is crazy.

 

That's a possibility also.

 

My neighbor makes big money renting the house next door to us. It’s a 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath house. He rents the master out for $2,500 a month and the other rooms for $1,750 a month. He makes $11,250 a month and the mortgage is only around $5,000 a month.

He bought the house down the street to rent out too. Think it sold for $1.6 Million.

 

I'm meeting with a guy Monday. Gonna check the options.

 

My company made me a lead installer, working 13+ hour days is getting old. But I did get a raise and company vehicle.

Today I learned that I need to add bee spray to my junkyard bag. Thankfully some dude loaned me some PB blaster to hit em with, as they were right in the drivers door jamb of that IS 300. I most definetly needed a steering wheel puller, thankfully advance was next to the yard and lent me one.

 

Yeah same as a taco 5lug

 

Better go buy the clockspring too. Your airbag and Horn is useless without it.
