How much drilling was involved in the Stage 2. I keep eyeing it.

4 large holes that need to be stepped up in size. 2 more holes get drilled and tapped. 6 total. I'll be honest it wasn't a cake walk but it's not impossible.

Check out my build thread (Beginning of Money Pit)
Wheelers bumpstops. THe reason I asked was because I didnt want to give you some advice that was contrary to what you wanted long term. Like if you planned on doing sua Id say run hydro bumps. But those aint cheap

If you’re feeling frisky I hear upgrading the rack bushings to poly is nice, but a pita.

And when you say axle seals, do you mean the ones in the front diff?

I’m always feeling frisky and halfway through regret what I started. But when I’m done I’m glad I did.

Case in point, reinforcing these lcas. Second example, this relationship....

I ordered those poly bushings. From what i can tell there is a seal that goes on the spindle side of the axle and a second seal that goes into the back of the spindle.

Yeah there is. Just making sure you weren’t using an aftermarket seal in the diff itself because those are notorious for leaking, and the oem aren’t very expensive.

How are your wheel bearings? Brakes? Ball joints and bushings, both upper and lower? All things I’d look at.

Don’t forget you’ll need to trim your dust shield as well.

After doing a lot of research and diving into the rabbit hole of shock tuning and suspension stuff. If you wheel enough and do a lot of harder stuff hydro bumps are good for even slower crawling and not just the high speed stuff. Especially if you aren't going crazy with bypasses and stuff like that.
