Do you run this same setup for your spare?

I’m on 17”s with cooper 255/80/17s and wondering if it’ll fit the spare location.

I have a spare with the same setup. I'm going see if it actually fits in the stock location this weekend. IIRC, someone else did get it to fit, possibly with some "percussive maintenance", aka knocked something with a hammer. I'll let you know how it goes.

I just went to that site myself and they have two different grade wheels. The ones for $55 are 'reconditioned' and they have another option called 'OEM' for $72. DO you know what the difference is between the two?

Edit: I think they just have ones that are used, but spray bombed black. The more expensive ones would have had the OEM finish, but those dont exist anymore I imagine.

I think the comment above sums it up. I went with the cheaper one and they're essentially refurbished wheels. They look great coming out of the box, I was able to put my old wheels in the same box. I was gonna sell the old ones but I haven't gotten around to it.

It's been over a year now and there are few scrapes and dings in them from my back country use. One of these weekends I'll spray some semi gloss on them to touch them up.

Are those 235-85 R16? That’s what I’m eyeballing, and I love that look.
Also, do you have a link to those wheels? Couldn’t figure out how to find them through their search >_<

I checked the site out and it looks like they are not in stock.

If you have trouble finding them you can search for 2nd gen Tacoma wheels as well. Just make sure you get a 6 lug bolt pattern

Looking to buy a 2015 Tacoma
Hey there WrappedTaco, I dig the wheels and center caps.
I have a 2015 Taco and the previous owner upgraded to 17" wheels but I don't like the look, bought a set of 16" steelies and plan to powder coat them but am trying to find a stock black center caps to work with these wheels. You know if center caps from any other style FJ, Tundra or Taco rims will work? I don't like the center caps Taco steelies came with.

Thanks 72FuryFrank. Unfortunately I will be no help to answer your question. I am still very new to Tacomas. This being my first. You will find the answer somewhere on TW. This site is an amazing resource of knowledge. My wheels are stock. Both the wheels and caps were silver before Plasti-dip saved them. :D Good luck with your search. Post pics when you get them sorted.
