Saw an original for sale a while back, they wanted $6500 for it. I suppose, if you had the one McQueen wore, it would be worth about twice that.

These are what I wear; the Citizen and first Seiko are my daily wear watches, the Seiko without the band I've had for over 30 years, bought it when I joined USAF. Broke the band during Desert Storm and haven't worn it since. The Casio is my beater watch, I wear it when doing outside work and working on cars, etc. The Stuhrling and Aeromatic get occasional wear, they are both 27 jewel automatics (self winding), and very accurate for non-quartz movements. The backs are clear so you can see the works inside, and the Stuhrling has a skeletonized face. I won it in a raffle.DSC00717.jpg DSC00724.jpg

While I liked the bracelet , I love the Barton Elite Strap. Subtle orange and black. And light and comfortable . IMG_20190705_194129.jpg IMG_20190705_194013.jpg

Another showed today. Orient King Diver. Looks like NOS. I'm pretty sure overstock parts added to a watch. Don't Care. Looks awesome. And wears and runs great. Threw away the trash bracelet . Forgot to add. Inner bezel turns ala super compressor. IMG_20190706_162548.jpg

Waiting to fly back from Mexico with the Deep Blue Juggernaut IV USA edition. These are great watches, high quality components across the board, not terribly expensive.

Screw it, I am old, no kids and uncle sam will steal everything when I croak anyway. Always wanted one since I saw my first James Bond movie, then Steve McQueen started wearing a Submariner and I was sold.

I’ve been wearing this watch for the last 8 years. It’s been around the world and seen some gnarly stuff at work.
