It went but had to go back today as the shop put to much preload on em and I had a CV boot slinging grease. They cranked em both 11 turns first time for some reason. So today I had a new cv axle installed and came down to 7 turns driver and 5 turns passenger. Probably shouldn’t have removed stock overload spring as the mini pack sits a tad too low. Probably needs about a 1” back there. Drives like a champ on the pavement I hit tonight. My 295’s rub like hell full lock and half in reverse. Chop coming soon but I love the way they look.

How are you liking the icon rtx?
Does it complement the front suspension?

@chuymoreno im liking the Icon rxts a lot. Overall i would say it does compliment the front suspension. I have no complaints as of yet. Everything feels better than what i had stock.

I haven't towed anything yet, so i cant say how well the icon rxts do with that

I’m going to be upgrading my suspension from 5100/5160’s. I’ll probably purchase the fronts first then the rears. Would you put the fronts on before you got the rears or just wait?

I put my fronts on first and drove like that for about four months with no issues. Was rocking the Cali lean for a little while was all.

600LB coils, nothing on the front (planning for new skids, sliders and eventually a bumper), but I feel like this is too much of a pre load, opinions?

Anyone picked up a set of Kings tuned by Thuren yet?

At the suggestion of @Daria I’m torn between them and @AccuTune Offroad

    :annoyed:

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
How much lift do you have. That's quite a few threads showing. I have 11 passengers and 12 drivers with just under 2.5 lift with same setup.

Give us a call, we're happy to answer any questions you have. We've done a lot of Tacoma's on King's.

I'll give you guys a call next week. I need to discuss 14" rear shock options as well (emulsion vs RR).

Definitely call them- I'm doing an Archive 12" rear relocate and they are valving my 2.5 King reservoirs for my front. They ask a lot of questions about your intended setup and are quick to respond to any questions you have. I bought my 12" res from them.
